Warning Description: High Wind Warning

Warning Date: 3:02 am CDT on October 27, 2010/

WarningSum:...High Wind Warning Now In Effect From 8 Am Edt /7 Am Cdt/ This
Morning To 9 Pm Edt /8 Pm Cdt/ This Evening...

Warning Message:The High Wind Warning is now in effect from 8 am EDT /7 am CDT/
this morning to 9 PM EDT /8 PM CDT/ this evening. 
* Timing...strong winds will redevelop after sunrise and continue
  into early evening. 
* Winds...sustained winds of 25 to 35 mph will return late 
  Wednesday morning with potentially damaging wind gusts to 60 
  mph through the afternoon hours. 
* Impacts...high profile vehicles will have difficulty 
  traveling. In addition...winds of this magnitude can cause 
  damage to trees and power lines...causing potential power 
  outages. 
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A High Wind Warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected
or occurring. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 mph or gusts
of 58 mph or more can lead to property damage.
